Self-Care Hooping Workshop

Our ‘Self-Care Hooping’ sessions are designed to help you relax and learn self-care techniques. Self-care is such a hot topic right now and an important one. We wanted to create our own take to self-care by adding hula-hoops and somatic experience to the mix! This session is recommended for beginners who want to learn a few basic skills before trying one of our other workshops.

Spice It Up! Workshop

30 minutes

Our Spice It Up! workshops are our true cardio and dance fitness sessions. This baby gets you pumping and moving. Dance is embedded throughout, but expect a jazzercise/zumba style hula-hoop dance session focusing on building up core strength. This is truely a full-body workout.

Experience level: Beginner–Advanced

Let It Flow! Workshop

60 minutes

Our Let It Flow! sessions are focused and tailored to help you learn new moves and improve your flow. You get step-by-step instructions for tricks and flow sequences with the ability to increase level of difficulty for more advance hoopers. Modifications to support various learning styles and levels of competencies are given to each student. Mild cardio and fitness components are sprinkled throughout for added challenge and fun!
